My Account

On your home PsychData page, the My Account tab provides access to these functions:

Click an item to see its detail. Or choose to [show all] | [hide all].

1. Edit account data (names, email, etc.)

   PsychData uses account information for internal administration and communication with account holders. screen »

   

   Under no circumstances is this information available to any party outside PsychData.

   To change your account information:

   1. Go to your home page (My Surveys).
   2. In the menu bar click My Account.

      The Account section opens to Edit Account as the first page.

   3. Enter changes.
   4. Click Save Changes to record changes or the Back button to leave the page without changing the data.

      PsychData updates your account information immediately.

2. Change account password

   When you set or change your password, some guidelines:

   • use a ombination of letters and numbers
   • passwords are case sensitive; use at least one upper (or lower) case letter
   • avoid using birth dates, children's names, or other personal data

   To change your account password

   1. On your PsychData home page, click My Account.
   2. In the Account menu bar, click Change Password.

      

   3. In the Change Password page, first enter your current password. screen »

      

   4. Enter a new password, then enter it again.
   5. Click Save Changes or the back button to leave the page without changes.

   Lost or Forgotten Passwords:

   Click to retrieve a lost password.

3. View Account Event Log

   The Event Log provides a chronological history of account owners actions taken by account owners. screen »

   

   Logged actions include:

   • Owner Deleted Matrix Group (?''s, Answers, Data)
   • Owner Deleted Single Question, Answers, and Data
   • Owner Deleted Single Other Box and its Data
   • Removed all logic from one question
   • Added logic to one element (question logic)
   • Added logic to one element (skip logic)
   • Owner set Folder preference
   • Owner changed TableSort preference
   • Owner de-activated survey visual grouping star
   • Owner de-activated survey visual grouping star
   • Owner Turned Survey ON
   • Owner Turned Survey OFF
   • Added survey password
   • Removed survey password
   • Edited survey password
   • Display survey title on first page only
   • Display survey title on all pages
   • Do not display survey title on any pages
   • Hide survey question numbers
   • Display survey question numbers

4. View Account Purchase History

   Provides a history of all purchases made on each account.
