Departmental Contract
A departmental contract, at a flat annual rate, allows a department or institution to provide accounts for faculty, staff, and students. Under the departmental contract, each account holder can access PsychData services.
Pricing depends on the number of user accounts. The larger the contract, the cheaper it is for each account.

Departmental Contract Administration
For department\institutional contracts, an assigned contract manager:
- Monitors the contract's use and renewal
- Adds/removes users
- Responds to initial support requests
Manage a departmental contract
- Login as Contract Manager.
- Click Contract Management on the tool bar.
Add a New Account
- Beneath Contract Management click Add New Account
- In the Add New Account dialog box, enter:

- Email address
Note: Departmental Contracts assume users share an email base (e.g., [email protected]).
Accounts using a different email base must be added by PsychData.
