Sorting Surveys

Sort surveys can be sorted by:
(priority surveys)- ID
- Survey Title
- Responses (# of received responses)
- Status (on/off)
To sort by a column, click the up or down (
) arrow next to the attribute you want to sort by.
Assigning
to your surveys:
Click the priority symbol to tag a survey as a priority survey.
Priority surveys represent a temporary group--for example, surveys you are currently working on.
Setting a default sort order:
To set a default sort order, select the desired attribute from the drop down menu.
Using Folders to organize your surveys
Folders provide a convenient way to organize surveys.
On your home PsychData page, for example, use the drop down folder list to limit the current view to one of the folders you have created in your account.

To create folders:
On your home PsychData page, in the menu bar, click Organize Surveys into Folders.

On the Assign Surveys to Folders page, you can:
- Click Add New Folder to add a new folder.
- Click Edit or Remove folders to change the current folders.
To assign surveys to folders:
- On the Assign Surveys to Folders page, next to each survey, select a folder from the drop down list for that survey.
Filter by Folders
After you create folders and assign surveys to them, use the View Surveys drop-down list to select a folder for viewing.
