Add Question or Text

To add a question or text to a survey:

1. On My Surveys page, locate the survey you want to change and click the survey title or the Edit icon.

   

2. On the Edit Survey page, locate the place in the survey for the new item and click Add Question or Text

   The Add Question or Text page lists all question and text types available, with a preview (hover mouse pointer over a bulleted item). screen »

   

• Under Formatting Options, this page also allows you to insert an image into your survey from those you have uploaded to your image library.
